DAAD New York is pleased to announce the call for applications for the next round of Research Ambassadors, a group of informed and enthusiastic experts and advisers on research opportunities in Germany.
The DAAD Young Ambassador Program is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students from North America who have recently studied or interned in Germany and are interested in promoting study in Germany at their home institutions.
The Goethe-Institut’s Studienbrücke program is specifically designed to prepare students from abroad wishing to embark directly on a course of study in Germany.
DAAD invites representatives from universities, research institutions, and funding agencies in the United States and Canada, as well as colleagues from the fields of education policy and politics to join us for our “Germany Today” Information Tour 2018.
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is pleased to announce that for summer 2018 we will again offer three RISE (Research Internships in Science and Engineering) internship programs: RISE Germany, RISE Professional, and RISE Worldwide.
Germany offers a broad spectrum of career options for young scientists at universities, research institutions and in industry. Through its Postdoctoral Researchers’ Networking Tour, DAAD offers a new format to provide postdoctoral researchers with an insight into German science and the job market for highly qualified postdoctoral researchers.
The Hands-On Project 2017 will deal with the topics “2030 Agenda” and “Sustainable Development Goals” (see the Alumniportal pages for further information on these topics). The challenge for the participants is to develop information or education materials which can contribute in innovative ways to make various social target groups aware of the 2030 Agenda and to raise their sensitivity for the Sustainable Development Goals.
