The Master of Business Administration and Engineering (MBA&E) at HTW Berlin offers a balanced combination of business administration and engineering. You can further enhance your job market profile and strengthen your individual profile by choosing one of our five alternative specialisation options:

In the Master of Business Administration and Engineering you immediately apply what you’ve learnt in a practical context. A management simulation game enables you to run through various scenarios and try out different strategies. You’ll improve your analytical abilities and team communication skills in a fun and enjoyable way.

The MBA&E degree will enable you to work in a variety of different industries and areas. Your skills will be in demand on the labour market because in addition to a knowledge of business administration, you will also have specialist expertise in engineering and technical management.
