We are looking for three interns or volunteers from October 15 or November 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 (possibly longer) to help process scholarship applications.

Applicants should be:

  • fluent in English (plus, ideally, in German)
  • have an interest in international higher education
  • be able to work with Excel
  • work with great attention to detail
  • be available 5 days a week

We offer:

  • a small stipend of $750/month
  • a letter of recommendation if we are satisfied with your work

Applicants must currently reside in the United States. Applications from Germany will not be accepted due to visa restrictions.

At this point, we do not know if the internship will take place at our office or virtually. In any case, we need interns who presently reside in the tri-state area because they will have to come to our office at least a few times.

Please send your resume and a brief letter of why you are interested in this opportunity to Ms. Solveig Berkman at berkman@daad.org.
