Daniel from the Iowa State University studied Music Education and Trumpet at the University of Dortmund from October 2004 to July 2005.
Jones is a music education student, trumpeter and
composer/arranger at Iowa State University.
Dan performs with the Iowa State University Wind Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble and other community ensembles and chamber groups. He also regularly performs at many churches and other venues in central Iowa. Recently Dan composed and performed jazz for the premiere production of the play “I Will--The story of Jack Trice.” In his free
time Dan enjoys intramural athletics, fishing, reading and traveling to Germany.
