How Green is Germany?: A Quiz

Germany is certainly one of the greenest countries in the world. As a leader in environmental technology and progressive programs addressing recycling, Germany promotes a level of environmental awareness rivaled by few other nations. We would like to test your knowledge of how green Germany is and get you thinking about how you can incorporate a “green” German experience into your future.

*Q: Isn't the grand prize of a flight to Germany not very "green"? A: We realize the inherent contradiction of offering a plane ticket as our grand prize for a contest about environmental awareness, but we do want to get you over there and experience it first hand! We encourage all of you, nonetheless, to find ways to reduce your carbon footprint. One great resource is Germany's "Tips for Green Travel" brochure, which you can download at www.cometogermany.com
